Seal bare <br />wood with paint and repair any damage so that surface is smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. Correct within two <br />weeks. <br />The back door was observed open during the inspection and several flies were observed inside the kitchen. Keep doors <br />closed to prevent the entrance of vermin. Correct today. (REPEAT) <br />Both mop sinks were observed filled with items (big black bag, cleaning supplies, etc.). Maintain mop sinks clear at all times <br />for the disposal of waste water.
