Foley <br />MEDICAL WASTE INSPECTION REPORT <br />California Health and Safety Code Section (HSC) 117935- No current Medical Waste Management Plan <br />(MWMP) onsite. Provide a current MWMP to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD) by February 27, 2002. Keep a copy of the MWMP onsite at all times and update as needed. <br />A MWMP outline is included for your use. <br />HAZARDOUS WASTE INSPECTION REPORT <br />Title 22, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Section 66262.11- Failed to determine if a waste is a <br />hazardous waste. Copper sulfate waste is not being handled as a hazardous waste and no determination <br />was made to consider it non -hazardous. Make a hazardous waste determination according to this section by <br />March 20, 2002. <br />Please complete and submit the enclosed "Return to Compliance" form to this office by March 20, 2002 <br />explaining how corrections were or will be made. <br />Any questions regarding this report should be directed to me at (209) 468-3451. <br />Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. <br />Kasey L.
