Copies of four charts are included and match completely the <br />timeframe of concern. <br />I believe that future records will be much better maintained through the implementation of the recording <br />chart replacement process outlined in my letter of December 30, 1999. 1 appreciate your help and <br />suggestions and look forward to working with you to effectively manage the waste generated by hospital <br />operations. <br />The violation status from the inspection on December 29, 1999 should now be lifted unless additional <br />information is required.
