Box 319 <br />Lodi, CA 95241-0319 <br />Re: Infectious Waste Sterilization <br />This is to advise you that the operation of the waste sterilizer at <br />Lodi Memorial Hospital is in full compliance with the requirements <br />of San Joaquin County and Title 22, Article 13 of the California <br />Administrative Code. <br />As was stated in the phone conversation of July 9, 1990, sterilized <br />hospital waste is considered non -hazardous and is disposable as <br />nonhazardous waste.
