All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hand wash sink at the waitress station lacked paper towels. Maintain paper towel dispenser stocked <br />and in good working order at all times. This was corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: Bags of MSG were observed stored on the floor in the dry storage room. Food was stored on the floor in <br />the walk-in freezer. Store food a minimum of 6 inches off floors. Correct today. <br />An uncovered container of chicken was observed in the walk-in freezer. Maintain all food in containers with tight fitting lids <br />to avoid cross contamination. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. (114047, 114049, 114051, 114053, 114055, 114067(h), 114069 (b)) <br /> #36 Equipment/Utensils/Linens: Proper Storage / Use <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed four CO2 cylinders that were not secured. Store CO2 cylinders upright against a wall and <br />secured with a chain. This was corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from <br />food and food-contact surfaces.
