<br /> receptor. Correct immediately.
<br /> Observed leaking from mop sink water lines. Repair leak within 3 days.

<br /> Observed dust build up on walk-in freezers walls and ceiling. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean.
<br /> Observed hole in wall base in back room near walk-in freezer door on the wall that has the 3 comp sink. Seal hole and and
<br /> provide cove tile. Correct within 2 weeks.
<br /> Observed damaged cove tiles under the 3 comp sink. Replace cove tiles within 2 weeks.
