The business plan was submitted <br />incomplete on 1/4/2017. Only the the facility section was submitted on 1/4/2017. The inventory and plan sections <br />were not submitted for the year of 2017. The business plan was not submitted for the year of 2018. The business <br />plan was submitted late on 9/26/2019 for the year of 2019. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This violation has been corrected. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was 1 violation found during the <br />inspection. This violation has been corrected. violation The two warehouse areas were inspected. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($156).
