All blenders/utensils <br />should be wash-rinse-sanitized at least every four hours. Correct today. (REPEAT) <br />Sanitizing solution buckets with wiping cloths were not set up at the facility. Cleaning cloths were observed sitting on <br />counters throughout the facility. Provide quat concentration at a minimum of 200 Parts Per Million (PPM) for proper <br />sanitation of all food preparation and contact surfaces. Correct today.
