S A N J D AR I N Environmental Health Department <br /> Y AMENDED <br /> 12/21/2022 <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> CANARY RENEWABLES CORP 809C SNEDEKER AVE, STOCKTON December 14, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for were not complete. <br /> CERS hazardous materials inventory submittal has Obsolete Data Element Codes <br /> ChemTreat CL 497, ChemTreat CL 2250, ChemTreat CL 5645, is reported in the Hazardous Materials Inventory in <br /> CERS with a maximum daily amount of 30 gallons. During the inspection,the three chemicals listed were observed <br /> in quantities of 65 gallons near the south west area of the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. <br /> Elements missing: <br /> storm drains, sewer drains, and yard drains <br /> emergency shutoff, (including utilities) <br /> hazardous material handling and storage areas <br /> emergency response equipment(Eyewash, spill kits) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> FA0018706 PR0528724 SCO01 12/14/2022 <br /> EHD 19-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 2 of 4 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
