(Terracon) is presenting this summary report for the Groundwater Well <br /> Investigation (Investigation)at the above-referenced site. The purpose of this scope of work was <br /> to investigate an area of the site for the presence, or evidence of the removal of a domestic <br /> groundwater well associated with the former residence, and to inspect for the presence of an <br /> agriculture well located on the property. <br /> On August 20, 2021, Terracon conducted a site inspection of the property located at 3263 East <br /> Cherokee Road, Stockton, California (Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 132-070-10) in the area <br /> of the former residence, and near the eastern side of the property near Newton Road. During the <br /> site inspection, there was no evidence of a domestic well observed in the central portion of the <br /> property near the former residence (reference attached Photo #1 and #2). However, an <br /> agricultural well was identified at the eastern edge of the property near Newton Road (Photo #3 <br /> and #4). <br /> On October 21, 2021, Terracon's subcontractor GPRS, Inc. performed a survey of the proposed <br /> search area equaling approximately 100 feet by 100 feet in size to find the domestic groundwater <br /> well associated with the residence. The survey included using ground penetrating radar (GPR), <br /> magnetometer, and electromagnetic pipe locating equipment.The findings of the survey identified <br /> an anomaly in the northern portion of the search area at an estimated depth of approximately 2 <br /> feet below ground surface (bgs). A copy of the GPRS, Inc. summary report, dated October 24, <br /> 2021 is attached for reference. Additional information of the GPR work performed and the results <br /> are presented in attached Photos#5, #6, and#7. <br /> On October 29, 2021, Terracon marked the site for Underground Service Alert (USA)-811 and <br /> called in a service ticket. On November 5, 2021, Terracon performed a physical inspection of the <br /> anomaly discovered by GPRS, Inc. The inspection was performed using a shovel to uncover the <br />
