All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that am classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#7 Pool Deck <br />OBSERVATIONS: Violation from 7/30/15 still in effect. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: An unobstructed 4 -foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained flush with the <br />top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of any <br />diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 31148) Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br />#10 Disinfectant Residual <br />OBSERVATIONS: Free chlorine at 18.4 ppm. Maintain between 2 to 10 ppm free chlorine. Please be aware pool may be <br />closed next year if free chlorine is over 10 ppm, versus the 20 ppm limit currently. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall <br />maintain the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with <br />cyanuric acid or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations: 3.0 ppm to 10.0 <br />ppm free chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. (CCR 65529) <br />#13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: Violation from 7/30/15 still in effect. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65530) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Violation from 7/30/15 still in effect. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
