All violations must he corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#10 Disinfectant Residual MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Free chlorine is 10.6 ppm. Provide 2-10 ppm today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall maintain <br />the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with cyanuric acid <br />or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations: 3.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free <br />chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. (CCR 65529) <br />#13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: CYA is more than 100 ppm. Provide < 100 ppm today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION., Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. Provide clear water today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION., Pool operator shall maintain clear pool water while pool is in use or shall close the pool if the bottom of the <br />pool at the maximum depth is not clearly visible from the deck.
