The proposed PA - 2200266 <br /> at 800 W Mossdale Road in the City of Lathrop is within the same vicinity of PG& E ' s existing <br /> facilities that impact this property . <br /> PG & E operates an Electric Transmission line within the subject property in the area where <br /> grading and landscaping are being proposed . The Company requests all work comply with the <br /> existing easement agreements ( indicated as El and E2 on the project plans ) , and any other <br /> agreements or easements in place . Soil disturbance is NOT allowed beneath PG & E ' s towers , or <br /> within 25 feet of any part of the tower . The existing ground to conductor clearance must be <br /> maintained . Any grade changes in the vicinity of towers must be reviewed by PG& E engineers . <br /> Site grading & drainage away from the PG& E ' s structures must be maintained . Water cannot <br /> pond near or beneath the tower ( s) . <br /> The project plans indicate a " 10 ' Landscape Strip " adjacent to and beneath a PG & E ' s tower . On <br /> overhead electric transmission easements , trees and shrubs are limited to those varieties that do <br /> not exceed 10 feet in height at maturity . PG & E must always have access to its facilities , <br /> including access by heavy equipment . No planting is to occur within the footprint of the tower <br /> legs . Greenbelts are encouraged . <br /> All billboards , signs , and light poles must maintain the required GO 95 clearance from the <br /> existing transmission lines . Please revise the plans accordingly , then resubmit for further <br /> consideration . <br /> Please contact the Building and Renovation Center (BRSC ) for facility map requests by calling <br /> 1 - 877 - 743 - 7782 and PG & E ' s Service Planning department at www . pge . com /cco for any <br /> modification or relocation requests , or for any additional services you may require . <br /> PG & E Gas and Electric Facilities Page 1 <br /> Public <br />
