The project consists of the construction of a 7,500 <br /> sq. ft. showroom and an outdoor 2,500 sq. ft_ covered area for the purpose of boat and golf <br /> cart sales. The District has determined that the mitigated baseline emissions for <br /> construction and operation will be less than two tons NOx per year and two tons PM1 O per <br /> year. Pursuant to District Rule 9510 Section 4.3, this project is exempt from the <br /> requirements of Section 6.0 (General Mitigation Requirements) and Section 7.0 (Off-site <br /> Emission Reduction Fee Calculations and Fee Schedules) of the rule. As such, the <br /> District has determined that this project complies with the emission reduction requirements <br /> of District Rule 9510 and is not subject to payment of off-site fees. The determination is <br /> based on the project construction details provided with the application. Changes in the <br /> construction details may result in increased project related emissions and loss of this <br /> exemption_ <br /> Pursuant to District Rule 9510, Section 8.4, the District is providing you with the following <br /> information: <br /> • A notification of AIA approval (this letter) <br /> . A statement of tentative rule compliance (this letter) <br /> .
