Pacific Gas and Plan Review Team PGEPI—Rewe Qpga lm
Lantl Management
& Electric Company
August 30, 2023
Sol Jobrack
County of San Joaquin
1810 E Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
Re: PA-2200266
800 W Mossdale Road,Lathrop, CA 95330
Dear Sol:
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to review the subject plans. The proposed PA-2200266
is within the same vicinity of PGB--E's existing facilities that impact this property.
The PA-2200266 plans propose a landscaping area below PGBcE's existing electric transmission
tower line and within PG8cE's existing easement. Said easement is recorded at Volume 187 and
Page 371 with San Joaquin County Official Records. The applicant may plant only low-growing
shrubs under the wire zone and only grasses within the area directly below the tower. Along the
border of the transmission line easement, plant only small trees no taller than ten feet(10').
PGB--E's existing easement provides PG8cE the right to cut down any trees and clear away any
brush which may interfere with the operation of PC--BcE's electric transmission tower line.Any
incompliant landscaping planted may be at risk of removal for the continued safe operation and
maintenance ofPG&EE's electric transmission tower line. All construction activities must comply
with the attached electric facility guidelines_
Please contact the Building and Renovation Center(13P-SC) for facility map requests by calling
1-877-743-7782 and PGB--E's Service Planning department at www.nee.com/cco for any
modification or relocation requests, or for any additional services you may require.
As a reminder, before any digging or excavation occurs, please contact Underground Service
Alert(USA)by dialing 81 1 a minimum of 2 working days prior to commencing any work_ This
free and independent service will ensure that all existing underground utilities are identified and
marked on-site_
If you have any questions regarding this response, please contact me at Justin.114ewellCn7.nge.com.
Sincerely,
Justin Newell
Land Management
916-594-4068
PG&E Gas and Electric Facilities Page 1
Public
