A I.I.branch managers detail an evacuation plan <br /> Descriptimt; <br /> Al I branches must have procedures for reporting a fire or emergency,procedures for emergency evacuation <br /> inciiiding type of evacuation and exit route assignments, procedures to account for all employees after an <br /> evacuatiu(i 6s occurred, who should be contacted if there are questions about the plan, and finally if the plan <br /> is ena�tLd�Nho should be contacted for notification purposes.All branches must have posted with their <br /> emergency action plan an evacuation route outlining where the exits are and where emergency equipment is <br /> located (fire extinguishers,first aid kits, etc.). <br /> Inciement''Weather: <br /> I o)-nados: Go to a safe shelter immediately—most interior room on the lowest level of a sturdy <br /> b.61ding. Stay away from windows,doors, and outside building walls. Watch out for flying debris <br /> and use your anis to protect your head and neck. Be prepared For winter weather at home, at work, and in your <br /> H. Create an emergency supply kit for your car in case you are stranded on the road. Ensure you <br /> and your household have a plan regarding shelter and supplies. While in the vehicle and at home <br /> efnsure you are keeping exhaust pipes and vents clear of snow and debris. <br /> Hurricanes: Pay attention to hurricane notifications and management recommendation on work <br /> schedule. If you live in a mandatory evacuation zone and local officials tell you to evacuate,do so <br /> Lrr�,_� <br /> immediately. Ensure you and your household have a plan regarding shelter, supplies, and evacuation <br /> `i6ecessary. Take refuge in a designated storm shelter, or an interior room for high winds. <br /> Additionally, if trapped in a building by flooding,go to the highest level of the building—do not go <br /> into a closed attic. <br /> • Earthquakes: If you are inside, stay and do not run outside and avoid doorways. Follow"drop, cover, <br /> and hold on". Drop to your hand and knees,cover your head and neck with your arms. If there is a <br /> .sturdy table or desk,crawl underneath it for shelter. If you are under a table or desk, hold on with <br /> one hand and be ready to move with it if it moves. If you are outdoors,stay outdoors and away from <br /> buildings. If you are in a car, pull over and stop---set your parking brake. <br /> 'Fii°es: .Jett other personnel in the immediate area by yelling"fire". Activate a fire alarm or make an <br /> . S=Sweep side to side covering the base of the fire. <br /> If the fire cannot be contained or is larger in size, ensure all customers and employees have been told to <br /> evacuate.and call 911.
