The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been

<br /> Violation #5 - Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on
<br /> site.
<br /> 1 . OBSERVATION About 170 gallons of Round Up Pro Max were found inside the southwest area of the building
<br /> that have not been reported to CERS.
<br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the
<br /> facility's business plan.
<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at
<br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for
<br /> approval.
