All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Lacking soap and paper towels at front counter 3 comp sink. Provide soap and paper towel towel <br />dispenser at front counter 3 comp sink for hand washing. <br />The paper towel dispenser in the women's restroom was empty. Provide paper towels in dispenser. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed some rodent droppings on the floor in the side storage room. Per operator the facility is <br />serviced every 2 months by A1 for pest control and more often when needed. Clean and sanitize areas, increase pest <br />control measures as necessary. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed open bag of flour in the side storage room. Store food items in labeled containers once <br />bag/packaging is opened. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. All equipment in a food facility must be <br />commercial, certified for sanitation. This facility is not equipped with a ventilation hood. Remove this unit from the facility. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175).
