AdvancedGoilr
An Employee-Owned Company
05 May 2021
Project No. 21-6440
Mr. Steven Shih
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E. Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
Via Email: sshih sjgov.orq
Subject: Limited Phase II Site Assessment
Navarra - Blackhawk LLC
7500, 7590, and 7600 West 11th Street, Tracy, California
Dear Mr. Shih:
AdvancedGeo, Inc. (AGI) has prepared this Limited Phase 11 Site Assessment for the
properties located at 7500, 7590, and 7600 West 11 th Street, Tracy, California (site or
subject property). The scope of work includes advancing ten (10) soil borings for the
collection of soil and grab groundwater samples.
This work plan has been prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental
Health Department (EHD) application for a boring/well permit. The site and surrounding
area are illustrated in Figure 1 . On-site structures and proposed soil boring locations are
illustrated in Figure 2.
1.0. INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
It is our understanding that a portion of the site was operated at a fueling station from at
least 1930 until 1998. At least eight (8) former underground storage tanks (USTs), three
pump islands and a truck scale were located on the property. Significant investigation of
soil and groundwater were completed between approximately 2000 and 2012 soil or
groundwater have occurred. The site received "closure" for the UST investigation in 2013.
In addition to the former fueling station, the property is serviced by a septic system.
Historically, automobile/truck repairs may have been performed at the site. Industrial
wastes from historical site operations may have been discharged into the septic system.
Based upon the historical site use, AGI recommends an investigation to determine
remaining impacts at the property and verify the previous site closure certification. AGI is
proposing the advancement and sampling of ten (10) shallow soil borings at the site. Each
soil boring will be advanced to depth of approximately 10 to 12 feet bsg.
