SAN JOAQUIN <br />CCUN r <br />Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />1/30/2023 <br />Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: <br />Date: <br />COUNTRY CLUB MOBIL CIRCLE K <br />2575 COUNTRY CLUB BLVD, STOCKTON <br />January 18, 2023 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />205 <br />CCR 2712(i) Failure to submit and have current UST Monitoring Plan readily accessible at the facility. <br />OBSERVATION: An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />206 <br />CCR 2712(i), 2634(e) Failure to submit and have a current UST Response Plan readily available on site. <br />OBSERVATION: An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />208 <br />CCR 2716(a -e) Failure to comply with the designated operator inspection requirements. <br />1) OBSERVATION: The designated operator reports were missing the name of the owner/operator. <br />REGULATORY GUIDANCE: Within 48 hours of the completion of the designated UST operator visual inspection, <br />the designated operator shall sign and provide the owner or operator with a copy of the inspection report. Within 72 <br />hours of being provided a signed copy of the report, the owner or operator shall provide a description of each <br />corrective action taken or to be taken and shall sign and date the report, acknowledging the identified compliance <br />issues. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure all designated operator inspection reports are completed and signed within the <br />required time frame in the future. <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br />2) OBSERVATION: The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection <br />reports.
