Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br />for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Provide written notification to usta-sigov.org to arrange the following appointments (a 48- <br />hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a) A secondary containment test must be performed in accordance with the <br />manufactures guidelines or equivalent and test results submitted to the EHD within <br />30 days of testing. <br />b) Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br />ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. If it is determined <br />that a cold start is necessary, a copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to <br />performing the "cold start” of the Veeder - Root system and made available at the <br />time of EHD inspection. <br />4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br />qualifications: <br />a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br />current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be <br />issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual <br />by the State Water Board, and <br />1868 E.
