Box 2009 <br />Stockton, California 95201 <br />no v 1 �! <br />�tlj <br />LM APR 251978 <br />SAN JOAQUIN LOCAL <br />HEALTH DISTRICT <br />Dear Dr. Williams: I <br />Title 22, section 70845, requires the hospital to apply for <br />approval from the local health officer concerning the method <br />used for transporting of hazardous and infectious wastes. <br />Lodi Community Hospital disposes of hazardous wastes in the <br />following manner: <br />(1) All infectious or hazardous wastes are double red <br />bagged and removed from the area on a cart.
