This letter is to confirm our conversation, agreement and <br />understanding of the issues cited by Kasey Foley of the San Joaquin Local Health District. <br />We do not have to install locks on any of our Soiled Utility Rooms or temporary holding <br />areas of biohazardous waste at either Lodi Memorial Hospital Main or Lodi Memorial <br />Hospital West. <br />2.
