Fairmont Avenue (Lodi Memorial Hospital) and 800 S. Lower <br />Sacraunento Road (Lodi Memorial Hospital West)., <br />Lodi Memorial Hospital — 975 S. Fairmont Avenue' Lodi, CA 9.5240_ <br />findings: <br />Item 11. Medical Waste Management Plan does not reflect the updated new medical <br />waste haulers. Action: Submit the update of the Medical Waste Management plan by <br />7/26/06. <br />Rcsppnsc/Action: Lodi Memorial Hospital shall submit the necessary documentation <br />indicating the change in medical waste hauler for the Medical Waste Management <br />Program and plan. The documentation reflecting the change in Medical Waste Haulers <br />will be submitted, by the indicated deadline. <br />Item 16. The medical waste is not being treated pursuant to the Medical Waste <br />Management Plan. The plan states all waste treated on site shall be treatcd'for 45 <br />minutes @ 270' . Most of the waste is not being treated for 45 minutes (ate 270*F <br />however, waste is being; treated to the minimum requirement of 250' F for 30 minutes. <br />Treat pursuant the Medical Waste Management Plan or revise plan to reflect actual <br />treatment activities. Action: Treat Medical Waste pursuant to the Medical Waste <br />Management Plan or revise the plan to reflect actual treatment activities and submit by <br />7%26/06. <br />Response/Action: Lodi Memorial Hospital shall submit the necessary documentation <br />indicating the change in the Medical Waste Management Program and Plan. The plan <br />will reflect the current minimum requirement of 250 °F for 30 minutes. The <br />documentation reflecting the change will be submitted by the indicated deadline. <br />
