The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for MANTECA LIQUOR & FOOD as of January 09, 2023. Open violations from April 25, 2022 inspection Violation#107-Failure to submit and maintain complete and current financial responsibility documents. 1)OBSERVATION: Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. The most recent financial responsibility documents in CERS are dated 04/07/2021 and expired on 04/07 2022. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents. 2)OBSERVATION: Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of current financial responsibility documents are required to be maintained on site. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the facility's financial responsibility documents and maintain a copy on site. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#115-Failure to submit"Monitoring System Certification Form"within 30 days of completion of the test. OBSERVATION:Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing was performed on 4/8/2021 and a test report was submitted on 10/4/2021,five months late. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests.
