While on site <br /> today we installed new Franklin Fueling drop tubes for all tanks. Drop tubes were installed at or below 95%tank capacity. At <br /> this time the new premium tank did not have fuel and the vapor recover piping was not plumbed in. Because of these reason <br /> a drop tube and leak decay testing was not performed. We also assisted construction by installing two FE Petro Turbin motors <br /> for new 91 tank, connected product and vapor return piping for 91 lines, and assisted with tracking down leaks from ELD <br /> testing. By end of day the 91 Tank did not have fuel, 91 turbines still needed to be wired, all dispensers did not have power, <br /> and vapor recovery line was still not plumbed in.
