The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for ONE STOP MARKET* as of March 15, 2023. Open violations from December 08, 2022 inspection Violation#115-Failure to submit"Monitoring System Certification Form"within 30 days of completion of the test. OBSERVATION:Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing was performed on 12/15/2021 and a test report was submitted on 4/11/2022, 87 days late. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests.
