Email me a copy of the "guidelines" that is referenced in the in-house emails regarding proper waste <br />disposal. <br />2. The Medical Waste Management Plan you submitted is missing information from the following sections: <br />A. #I on page 5 <br />B. #lA (3 questions) on pages 5-6 <br />C. #2 on page 6 (I believe you are using the pharmaceutical waste amount but the questions is asking <br />the overall waste amount minus the pharmaceutical) <br />D. #3i -3m on pages7-8 <br />E. Whatever does not apply, put "N/A" on those questions. <br />Please update the Medical Waste Management Plan accordingly and email me that "guideline" document. I forgot if I <br />gave you the old Medical Waste Management Plan so I attached a copy to this email. Contact me if you need any <br />further clarification.
