Box 1020 ENVnwwoMmEN7rAL <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />SERVICES, INC. <br />RE: repairs to infectious waste bin <br />Dear Steve: <br />Ll <br />This is to inform you that Rudy Bonzi, Inc' bin # 18-515, an 18 yd <br />water -tight bin which you have been using for containing infectious <br />waste, was repaired for leaks on 5/2B/87 and was subsequently <br />inspected by Dave Prows of CHP on 6/1/87 as a hazardous waste <br />container. The bin passed inspection and was issued a new certificate <br />of compliance number. It is fully permitted as a hazardous waste <br />container thru May we.
