The remaining documents I will need are: <br />1) Updated Medical Waste Management Plan <br />2) Photos of chemotherapy containers lined with red biohazard bags <br />3) Statement about the disposal of the chemotherapy waste container in the outpatient pharmacy <br />4) Photos of properly labeled pathology containers for the pathology waste in the morgue <br />5) The name of the hauler and corresponding treatment/tracking records (manifests) for the pathology <br />waste in the morgue <br />I've received a call from Lori Seer (468-5509) earlier this week and she said that she is trying to line up everything <br />for the inspection.
