Martinez [SJGH] <br />Subject: Chemo Sharps Container in Outpatient Pharmacy <br />Paul... <br />The 2 -gallon chemo sharps container that was found by the Environmental Services surveyor has been disposed <br />of. There were chemicals classified as hazardous waste in that container that have been placed in the <br />appropriate black containers for Stericycle pick-up.
