ALL <br />THREE HARD BOILED EGGS TASTED STALE AND THE BACON WAS VERY GREASY AND COMPLIANT AVOIDED <br />THE PIECES THAT LOOKED PINK AND OBVIOUSLY UNDERCOOKED. AT ABOUT NOON OR 1:00 PM THAT SAME <br />DAY, COMPLAINANT FELT RUMBLING AND PRESSURE IN THEIR INTESTINAL BOILER WORKS. COMPLAINANT <br />HAD DIARRHEA. THE PROBLEM HAS NOT OCCURRED SINCE. NO PHYSICIAN WAS CONTACTED <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />I spoke to the manager who was aware of the complaint prior to this investigation. <br />Per the manager the complainant was mad because the complainant wanted a cheaper rate for the hotel stay. <br />Per the manager the complainant posted a similar review/complaint on TripAdvisor and Medillia. <br />Boiled eggs are served every other day. The days that boiled eggs are not served scrambled eggs are served. <br />Eggs are boiled approximately 20-25minutes. <br />After eggs are boiled the food handler checks boiled egg to ensure egg is thoroughly cooked. <br />I observed hardboiled eggs that were in the residential style refrigerator that was left over from today's breakfast service. <br />Per manager, the food service staff may eat what was for today's service and after they eat they discard what ever, is <br />remaining. <br />I observed a hard boiled egg that was from today's breakfast service. <br />Egg was cut in half and I observed that egg was thoroughly cooked. <br />Bacon is also served alternating days with sausage. <br />Bacon iskept in the freezer and the portion that is to be prepared for the next day is placed in the refrigerator to defrost for the <br />next day's preparation. <br />Refrigerator is at 47F.
