El Dorado, Stockton CA. Spoke with <br />Julian Gade (800-282-2031) with Quality Carriers who is the responsible party. Per <br />Julian, Environmental Response and Training Solutions (ERTS) is contracted by <br />Quality Carriers as their emergency response contractor. Per ERTS, they have <br />contracted Patriot Environmental Services to conduct cleanup. No waterways or <br />storm drains were impacted. Cleanup is pending. <br />Provide disposal records for all waste generated to the EHD. <br />Updated complaint information. Generated Prop 65 and provided it to Genesis to <br />be mailed out. Issued a notice to abate and emailed it to ERTS at <br />erts©ertsonline.com. <br />09/29/2022 Called ERTS to confirm clean up today at 2:00pm. Spike with Jeremy Painsler <br />who is handling complaint. Per Jeremy Patriot is scheduled to be out there at <br />2:00pm, received phone number for Scott with Patriot who will be conducting clean <br />up. <br />Arrived on site and met with Patriot. Spoke with Terminal Manager, Heather <br />Casarez who said the trailer was empty and has been parked since Friday but <br />yesterday during her walkthrough she observed the release which appeared to <br />come from the top of the trailer. She also observed a crack in the trailer and they <br />will be sending the trailer to their repair yard in Richmond after clean up has been <br />completed. Patriot used Hydrogen Peroxide to neutralize the spill and water. They <br />took pH tests of the area until a pH of 7 was reached. Then the area was cleaned <br />with absorbent sand and placed in a 55-gallon blue polydrum to be left on site for <br />profiling. Approximately 30-gallons of solid waste was generated from the <br />clean-up. Requested Heather send EHD a copy of the disposal records after <br />manifests for the drum has been obtained. <br />10/18/2022 Received a call from Danielle with ERTS (609-247-5055). Danielle wanted to know <br />what was she needed to provide me with and I informed her that a final disposal <br />record was needed in order for me to abate this complaint.
