Spoke with Brian Toledo, City of Stockton MUD, that
someone was attempting to steal fuel from the truck which released approximately
15-gallons of diesel which then lead to a private sewer storm drain belonging to
Extended Stay America. Fire department was on scene and placed absorbent
sand onto the diesel on asphalt to absorb. City of Stockton MUD was able to plug
the private sewer system before the diesel reached the City of Stockton storm
water system. Per Brian, the diesel traveled approximately 70 feet in the private
system.
5105. rpt
