Per Lauren the release was a result of a customer error who <br />overflowed their tank wagon. Ramos Oil will be reviewing security tapes to locate <br />customer. Lauren stated that the release did not leave the property and did not <br />impact any waterways, the release was caught in their catch basin on site. Per <br />Lauren Frewmouw Environmental Services is en route to conduct clean up and <br />vacuum catch basin. <br />11/12/2021 Discussed spill with lead senior, Elena Manzo. PRESTO <br />Called storm water inspector but it goes to an "unallocated number". Callled <br />24-hour San Joaquin County storm water hotline. Spoke with Sally Perez, <br />Administrative Assistant at Water Resources division. Relayed message to her <br />that a diesel release occu red and a catch basin was impacted, observed the <br />closest storm drain and it was not observed to be impacted. The catch basins lead <br />into 3 interceptor sumps, the release is in the process of being cleaned up, by <br />Fremouw Environmental Services. We were informing their division of the release <br />in case they need to do an inspection. Per Sally, she will relay to their department <br />and will call me back if they have any questions. <br />Created Prop65. Placed in bin for mailing. <br />Completed emergency response information and geotagging. <br />Created notice to abate and emailed to Lauren Takos, EHS Manager <br />laurent@ramosoil.com <br />11/12/2021 Called afterhours inspector to update on spill clean up. The clean up company has PRESTO <br />completed clean up and I have informed them that an inspector will be arriving to <br />verify clean up. The catch basins were jetted and vacuumed out and the concrete <br />around dispenser 7A and toward the catch basins had absorbent placed around it <br />that need to be cleaned. <br />5105 rpt Page 1 of 3
