SAN JOAQUIN <br />COUNTY <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: <br />Time Out: <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: REDDAWAY Date: ' 11/06/2022 <br />Address 1495 E PESCADERO AVE, TRACY <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br />Program Element: 2546 - RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: COQTFOKQY <br />Responsible Party Contact: BRIDGET TURNER <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />APPROXIMATELY 2 GALLONS OF DETOJET, A CORROSIVE LIQUID, RELEASED ONTO THE TRAILER FLOOR. <br />RELEASE IS STOPPED AND CONTAINED. NO WATERWAYS OR STORM DRAINS WERE IMPACTED. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />EHD received CalOES spill report #22-6545. The responsible party's environmental contractor, Hazmat 1, retained Ancon <br />Environmental Services to conduct clean up. Per John with Ancon Environmental, the 15-gallon container containing the <br />corrosive liquid was packed into a 55-gallon poly drum along with impacted wood from the pallet. In total 2 55-gallon poly <br />drums of waste were generated. Waste generated will be stored on site pending disposal. No storm drains or water ways <br />were impacted. <br />Inspection report was emailed to Bridget Turner at hm1@haz-matresponse.com. <br />Provide final disposal records to the EHD for the waste generated. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
