SAN JDARIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> I Y AMENDED <br /> 3/28/2023 <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Razi Petroleum Inc. 950 W ELEVENTH ST, TRACY August 02, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION:Approximately 124 gallons of propane were observed on site that have not been reported to <br /> CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the propane to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. <br /> The following were missing from the map: <br /> -fire extinguishers found next to store entrance and in the hallway outside of the bathroom <br /> -emergency fuel shut off switch outside of the store <br /> -propane located outside of the store entrance <br /> -north orientation <br /> -loading area <br /> -emergency evacuation area <br /> The following was inaccurate on the map: <br /> -spill materials are shown on the map as located outside of the store next to the store entrance but was not <br /> observed during the inspection. No spill kit materials were observed on site, obtain and add to map the location of <br /> where the spill kit will be stored. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> FA0006388 PR0520704 SCO01 08/02/2022 <br /> EHD 19-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 2 of 5 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
