Reviewed property information on Parcel SINGH <br />Viewer. <br />Discussed the complaint with Robert M. <br />06/07/2022 12150 E Ada Ave., Stockton - Complaint inspection. The complaint alleges there is SINGH <br />a massive fly problem at the facility. The inspection was conducted with EHS, Tom <br />Hoang. We met Vincente Elias at the facility. He gave me permission to take <br />pictures. The fly bait stations were being utilized. The fly population was light to <br />moderate. The moderate population of flies were towards the back of barn 2. A <br />circular pit with water and manure was observed at this location. I asked Mr. Elias <br />what the procedure was for the run off. Jesus Elias Calderon translated for his <br />father, Mr. Elias. He stated the product is left in the pit (standing). It is not pumped <br />out or spread/ disced into the field. I informed him that I will discuss it with my <br />supervisor and get back to him. I was provided with Jesus E. Calderon's phone <br />number (209-479-1889). <br />06/08/2022 12150 E Ada Ave - I called Jesus Elias multiple times, but there is no answer. I SINGH <br />am unable to leave a message due to the voicemail not being set up. <br />06/13/2022 12150 E Ada Ave - I called and spoke with Jesus Elias. We discussed the SINGH <br />structure of the manure pit. Mr. Elias mentioned the pit is made of plastic. <br />06/14/2022 11250 E Ada Ave - Discussed complaint with Unit II. Created photo log for the SINGH <br />inspection conducted on 6/7/22. Updated file. I called complainant with an update. <br />06/15/2022 11250 E Ada Ave - Received an email from Code Enforcement regarding the SINGH <br />complaint. Also, received a recommendation from Unit II regarding the run off pit. <br />Discussed the complaint with Robert M. <br />06/28/2022 12150 E Ada Ave - Reviewed file. Drafted Office Hearing Letter.
