I told her that she needs a permit for it and once the permit is final, we will close the complaint. She stated she is going through a tough time because her mother just passed away and resided in Los Angeles. 11/17/2021 Spoke with owner and told her the following: here did you get your tank? But please, try to find the pumped receipt for your old septic tank, to prove that you handled and disposed the raw sewage correctly. Since you don't have surfacing sewage at this time, and the only thing is to pull up the permit, I will give you until December 31st to get the permit. when you come in to our office, please bring: 1) the letter you received. 2)a plot plan (doesn't have to be to scale, just to give us an idea with measurements. Please measure from the tank to the close structures, to your well, to the closest property lines and to the distribution box). 3) receipt of the tank with the dimensions if possible or the size. 4) also, please bring the receipt from the person who pumped the tank.
