The tenant says that the owner is not SUSZYCKI reliable. I asked the tenant if a contractor had been out yet and told her that Francisco would be taking over the complaint as it is his area. 03/29/2022 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE, WITH PHOTO BALLWAHN LOG, DATED 03/21/2022 TO PROPERTY OWNER. MARKUS & ELIZABETH BOKISCH PO BOX 335 VICTOR CA 95253 04/05/2022 Received an email from the tenants asking about health concerns. Spoke to Robert Lopez who was out there and he said that the tote near the mobile home, according to the owner, are waste water from the winery. The tenants also wanted us to know about tractors being parked ont he leach field. I directed the tenants to speak with Francisco as he is the area inspector and let them know that the owner has yet to pull a repair permit. 04/05/2022 26680 N Mackville Rd, Acampo- Reviewed complaint activity and records on Laserfiche. Called property owner to follow up on complaint. No answer. Left a voice mail. Received a call back from the property owner. Per property owner a contract has been made with a septic contractor and they are in a plan to come in for a septic repair permit within 6 weeks. Per owner no vehicles or farm equipment are being stored above the leach field and no driving has occurred since the last inspection. 04/12/2022 Received a call from the owner stating that a contractor from G & N Engineering will applying for a permit today. The owner states that portable toilets have been provided to the tenants, and they also have the option of using a unoccupied office bathroom on the property. 05/26/2022 26680 N Mackville Rd, Acampo CA 95220- Received email from tenants that owner has not done anything to fix septic issues. Tank seems to be overflowing. Called property owner for update on obtaining permit to fix issue with septic system. No answer. Left a voicemail. Per last communication their contractor G& N Septic were supposed to come in for a permit in April 2022. Reviewed incoming septic permits. No permits for the septic repair have been obtained. Owner never returned phone call from last voicemail. Will contact owner to see progress on complaint. 06/29/2022 26680 N Mackville Rd, Clements CA 95227- Called property owner for update on RUIZ complaint status. No answer. Left voicemail. Received call from property owner. Property owner stated that G&C septic will do a septic repair to the system. Tentative date for work is the week of July 11, 2022. 07/18/2022 26680 N Mackville Rd, Clements CA 95227- Permit was issued for septic repair RUIZ SR0085492. Inspection completed 7/13/2022.
