The tenant says that the owner is not SUSZYCKI <br />reliable. I asked the tenant if a contractor had been out yet and told her that <br />Francisco would be taking over the complaint as it is his area. <br />03/29/2022 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE, WITH PHOTO BALLWAHN <br />LOG, DATED 03/21/2022 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br />MARKUS & ELIZABETH BOKISCH <br />PO BOX 335 <br />VICTOR CA 95253 <br />04/05/2022 Received an email from the tenants asking about health concerns. Spoke to <br />Robert Lopez who was out there and he said that the tote near the mobile home, <br />according to the owner, are waste water from the winery. <br />The tenants also wanted us to know about tractors being parked ont he leach field. <br />I directed the tenants to speak with Francisco as he is the area inspector and let <br />them know that the owner has yet to pull a repair permit. <br />04/05/2022 26680 N Mackville Rd, Acampo- Reviewed complaint activity and records on <br />Laserfiche. Called property owner to follow up on complaint. No answer. Left a <br />voice mail. <br />Received a call back from the property owner. Per property owner a contract has <br />been made with a septic contractor and they are in a plan to come in for a septic <br />repair permit within 6 weeks. Per owner no vehicles or farm equipment are being <br />stored above the leach field and no driving has occurred since the last inspection. <br />04/12/2022 Received a call from the owner stating that a contractor from G & N Engineering <br />will applying for a permit today. The owner states that portable toilets have been <br />provided to the tenants, and they also have the option of using a unoccupied office <br />bathroom on the property. <br />05/26/2022 26680 N Mackville Rd, Acampo CA 95220- Received email from tenants that <br />owner has not done anything to fix septic issues. Tank seems to be overflowing. <br />Called property owner for update on obtaining permit to fix issue with septic <br />system. No answer. Left a voicemail. <br />Per last communication their contractor G& N Septic were supposed to come in <br />for a permit in April 2022. Reviewed incoming septic permits. Looked up address on RUIZ <br />permit plus and envision connect. No septic permit applications found. Owner <br />never returned phone call from last voicemail. Will contact owner to see progress <br />on complaint. <br />06/29/2022 26680 N Mackville Rd, Clements CA 95227- Called property owner for update on <br /> RUIZ <br />complaint status. No answer. Left voicemail. <br />Received call from property owner. Property owner stated that G&C septic will do <br />a septic repair to the system. Tentative date for work is the week of July 11, 2022. <br />07/18/2022 26680 N Mackville Rd, Clements CA 95227- Permit was issued for septic repair RUIZ <br />SR0085492.
