I asked if I could look around the GOODERHAM <br />property and they said it was okay. I looked around the back and there was no <br />septic work being done. <br />Although there is a septic tank installed here with out a permit. I walked over it and <br />the workers told me that I was standing on the septic tank. It was backfilled <br />already. I could feel the ground sink in because of the wooden boards over the <br />lids. I also observed a structure converted into employee housing could see <br />multiple beds inside still in the plastic wrap. Time spent reviewing permitting <br />history and talking with supervisors. <br />04/27/2022 Reviewed notice to abate and sent to Scott S. to review. GOODERHAM <br />04/28/2022 MAILED COMPLAINT OF SEWAGE DISPOSAL NTA FOR WORK BEING SOK <br />CONDUCTED WITHOUT A PERMIT; DESTRUCTION UNDERLINED. <br />MAILED TO OWNER: <br />AZIZ, ZAYA M & MARLENE <br />19195 S DAHLIN RD <br />ESCALON CA 95320 <br />05/11/2022 Mrs. Green called again to ask questions of EHD. I told her that the employee <br /> SUSZYCKI <br />housing had 3 days to get a SPWS permit and if they didn't, they would be limited <br />to 24 people. <br />05/18/2022 Received a call from a David (209) 595-1620. David wanted an update on what SUSZYCKI <br />was going on with the property as he lives in the neighborhood. I told him what I <br />knew but also told him that either Mr. Sangalang or Mr. Shih would give him a call <br />back because there was a recent meeting about the property that I was not at. <br />Discussed the case with Mr. Sangalang and gave him David's number. <br />05/18/2022 Got another call from David and told him that I would have some one call him with SUSZYCKI <br />an update. <br />5105.rpt <br /> Page 1 of 2
