The owner did not give us <br />permission to come on to the property, and according to SO was "naked and <br />angry" when they made contact. From the neighboring, vacant lot I was able to <br />observe one of the RV's at the back of the property was improperly disposing of its <br />sewage onto the ground. The entire property was covered in junk and trash. The <br />home was in a very dilapidated state with a large hole in the side of it. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />06/10/2022 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a <br />photographic log. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />Created a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate. <br />Turned in the complaint for review. <br />06/15/2022 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE, WITH PHOTO BALLWAHN <br />LOG, DATED 06/02/2022 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br />CURTIS MOORE <br />3660 E ARCH RD <br />STOCKTON CA 95215 <br />07/12/2022 Reviewed the complaint and did not see any contact made with the owner or any <br />attempt at compliance. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />07/20/2022 Visited the property for a stats check and saw that the trailers still appeared <br />occupied with connections. The grass around the trailer was still green with the <br />appearance of saturation, even though it has not rained for many weeks. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />07/22/2022 Used the pictures taken during my status check inspection to create a <br />photographic log. Filled out a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />Turned in the complaint to Mr. Sangalang for review. <br />07/26/2022 Last mailing was returned and posted with, "Return to Sender, Refused, Unable to SUSZYCKI <br />Forward". <br />Checked Oasis and found that the owner and the mailing address for the owner <br />has not changed. <br />5105.rpt Page 1 of 2
