Minimum property maintenance standards are required to promote the public health, <br />safety and welfare by preventing further deterioration and the achievement of an enhancement of the <br />physical condition of real property. <br />The Landlord, hereby terminates your right to occupy the premise due to the condition of the <br />property which violates the County Ordinances unless you clean up the property within three days. You <br />have willfully and wantonly created conditions on the property which are a nuisance. <br />YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you are required to clean up the property and remove the <br />washing machine and the RV from the property OR deliver up possession within 3 days. If you do not <br />clean up the property or quit and deliver up possession of the premises within three (3) days from service <br />of this notice upon you, your Landlord declares a forfeiture of your right to occupy the premises, if any, <br />and will institute legal proceedings to recover possession of said premises and to recover damages and <br />rents, and, if applicable, attorneys fees. <br />2
