I asked Scott Sangalang to bring this complaint to CST <br />and request a joint inspection. <br />10/20/2022 Alpine 11500. Left vm with Marcel if she needs a joint inspection with EHD (no WONG <br />SO required). May bring it up at next triage if not heard back from her). Spoke to <br />Scott and Frank. <br />11/04/2022 Received complaint from Jeffery Wong, he spoke to Steven Shih and there is will GIRARDI <br />be no CST involved. Review complaint information. There is an active complaint <br />CS-2201525 with Code Enforcement who has jurisdiction for activities inside the <br />dwelling unit that will require building permits. Spoke to Steven Shih and okay to <br />refer to Code Enforcement. At time of building permit submittal, it will be required <br />to submit the proper permits for the septic system addition.
