Parcel viewer shows SALINAS more structures on the property, about structures.Printed parcel viewer 09/15/2022 When I pulled over, I met the owner. I introduced myself and told him I was SALINAS looking for the address and he confirmed it was there, he also escorted me to the tank where I noticed the septic tank cap collapsed inside the tank. I told the owner that he needs to fix it and get a permit for it. He asked for a month to fix it and I explained that it needed to be sooner and that he would have 7 days to get the permit. 09/15/2022 1 got a call from the complainant and stated that I did not stop by his side of the SALINAS property. I assumed it was him because he sounded like the person I spoke on the phone. I will stop by tomorrow to check the other sides. there are 4 tanks there. 09/16/2022 Visited property, met owner and contractor, they showed me all four tanks. I told SALINAS them that they all need to be fixed because they all collapsed. He will have 7 days to get permits and 30 days to fix them all. 09/20/2022 Plumber in the office. Aldara and I went over the property, location of septic tanks, SANGALANG their conditions, etc. He was not with the owner/contractor and did not seem to fully be on the same page with them. Owner and contractor in office to pull permit. Cesar helped them while I was there to assist with info from yesterday. They changed the size of some of the MHs from yesterday. Instead of>600', today's measurements were <500'; this changes the amount of bedrooms per septic tank from 4 to 3. Now the tanks all but 1 tank will be 1200. The other tank will be 1600 gal. 09/20/2022 created a photo log and a sewage disposal notice to abate for the four collapsed SALINAS septic tanks on the property. 12/28/2022 MAILED COPY OF SEWAGE NOTICE TO ABATE WITH PHOTO LOG VIA SAUERS REGULAR MAIL TO: ATWAL, SURINDERPAL& BALINDER K 3701 W LINNE RD TRACY CA 95304 5105.rpt Page 1 of 2
