Parcel viewer shows more structures on the property, about 4 structures.Printed parcel viewer When I pulled over, I met the owner. I introduced myself and told him I was looking for the address and he confirmed it was there, he also escorted me to the tank where I noticed the septic tank cap collapsed inside the tank. I told the owner that he needs to fix it and get a permit for it. He asked for a month to fix it and I explained that it needed to be sooner and that he would have 7 days to get the permit. Owner and contractor in office to pull permit. Cesar helped them while I was there to assist with info from yesterday. They changed the size of some of the MHs from yesterday. Instead of >600', today's measurements were <500'; this changes the amount of bedrooms per septic tank from 4 to 3. Now the tanks all but 1 tank will be 1200. The other tank will be 1600 gal. created a photo log and a sewage disposal notice to abate for the four collapsed septic tanks on the property. I assumed it was him because he sounded like the person I spoke on the phone. I will stop by tomorrow to check the other sides. there are 4 tanks there. 09/16/2022 Visited property, met owner and contractor, they showed me all four tanks. I told SALINAS them that they all need to be fixed because they all collapsed. He will have 7 days to get permits and 30 days to fix them all. 09/20/2022 Plumber in the office.
