The complainant alleges HOANG <br />there is excessive trash in the yard. The property owner, Daniel Torres, was on <br />site for the inspection. Mr. Torres stated he just got out of the hospital and that the <br />mess was done by his friends and family. Mr. Torres stated that he will clean up <br />the excessive trash in two weeks. A NTA was issued to Mr. Torres with a <br />re-inspection date. <br />Please see Sandip Singh's entry for further details. <br />09/29/2022 26422 N Hwy 99, Acampo - Complaint inspection. The complaint alleges there is SINGH <br />excessive trash in the yard. The inspection was conducted with Tom Hoang <br />(EHS). We met with the property owner, Daniel Torres. Mr. Torres stated he just <br />got out of the hospital (staples observed on front/ top of head). The mess created <br />on the yard was done by his friends and family, while cleaning the back yard, per <br />owner. He mentioned the mess will be cleaned up, but he needs at least 2 weeks. <br />I informed him that I will give him 2 weeks to remove the waste, then I will <br />reinspect. A NTA was issued to Mr. Torres with the correct by date as 10/14/22. I <br />asked Mr. Torres for his phone number but he stated he doesn't have a phone. <br />However, he did provide his mother's phone number (Yolanda Torres <br />916-807-0759). <br />Note: Multiple inspections conducted on this date, travel time varied. <br />10/03/2022 26422 N Hwy 99 - Created photo log. <br />10/11/2022 26422 N Hwy 99 - Updated complaint file. <br />10/13/2022 Conducted a re-inspection with Sandip Singh, accompanied by the sheriff <br />department, code enforcement, and Michael Suszycki. <br />Please see Sandip Singh's entry for further details. <br />10/13/2022 26422 N Hwy 99, Acampo - Complaint reinspection. Complaint alleges there is <br />excessive trash in the yard. The reinspection was conducted with Mike S. (Unit II), <br />Tom Hoang (EHS), C. Padilla (Code Enforcement) and the Sheriffs Department. <br />The gate to the property was locked, preventing access. However, the front yard <br />was viewable from Frontage Rd.
