Muniappa Naidu, REHS, Assistant Director <br />PROGRAM COORDINATORS <br />Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI <br />Willy Ng, REHS <br />Steven Shih, REHS <br />Michelle Henry, REHS <br />Elena Manzo, REHS <br />Natalia Subbotnikova, REHS <br />NOTICE TO ABATE IMEDIATELY <br />January 9, 2023 <br />Cerilo & Anacieta Valles <br />667 W Esplanade Dr <br />Mountain House, CA 95391 <br />Subject: Disposal of solid waste 667 W Esplanade Dr (APN 256-470-07) <br />A report has been received by the Environmental Health Department (EHD) confirming that you are responsible for a public <br />health violation at 667 W Esplanade. <br />The nature of the public health violation(s) is (are) checked below: <br />X Garbage/Refuse Storage or Disposal (San Joaquin County Solid Waste Ordinance Code, Sections <br />5-2400, 5-2402, and 5-2403). <br />Sewage Disposal (San Joaquin County Development Title 9, Section 9-1110.9). <br />X Rats/Mice (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code 1481 & 2896, Section 5-2801). <br />Flies (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code 1481 & 2896, Section 5-2801). <br />Cockroaches (Health and Safety Code Division 3, Section 2800 & 2800.5). <br />Dog Droppings (San Joaquin County Solid Waste Ordinance Code, Sections 5-2400, 5-2402, and <br />5-2403). <br />Abandoned and/or Unsealed Wells (San Joaquin County Development Title 9, Section 9-1115.5, and <br />9-1115.9) <br />The complaint states that the residents at the above address are storing a large quantity of recyclables and garbage, <br />which are causing rats to neighboring homes. To correct the violation listed above, household waste must be stored in a <br />garbage can with a tight fitting lid and the waste must be removed to an approved disposal facility at least once per week <br />(every 7 days). Remove any food sources and debris that can allow harborage of rodents (rat pamphlet enclosed). All <br />public health violations must be corrected immediately. <br />If further complaints are received, an investigation will be made which may result in legal action being taken at a rate of $156.00 <br />an hour.
