Nature of complaint: truck operating without a permit. LINHARES <br />Observed a food trailer "Cultural Foodz" parked on the east side of El Dorado <br />Street (across from J & L Deli). Per owner's cousin, Gurman Singh, the trailer is <br />permitted, but the owner is out of town and the permit is not available (no permit or <br />food plan check for this trailer exists in Envision). I let Gurman know that a food <br />plan check is required and that the trailer can only operate following the final <br />inspection. 1 e-mailed the requirements to gurmanchandi47@gmail.com. I let him <br />know that he must immediately stop selling food. 1 provided my business card and <br />he complied. <br />01/12/2023 Food plan check submitted for trailer 1-6-23 (SR0086226).
