The parcel is gated with electrical opening and closing gate. Unable to AHMED <br />get in touch of owner or anyone else at the site. Left two business cards one <br />outside of mail box and one in mailbox with my contact information hopefully <br />owner or occupants give me a call inorder to move forward. <br />11/30/2022 Have not heard from owner anyone else since my visit. Will wait few more days if AHMED <br />no attempts are made by the owner the complaint will be abated. <br />12/05/2022 Attempted inspection conducted November 3, 2022. During this inspection, it was AHMED <br />noted that the parcel is gated with electrical gate. I was unable to get hold of the <br />owner or any occupants onsite. I left my business card in the mailbox and outside <br />of mailbox hoping owner or the occupants would give me a call. I have not <br />received any contact from owner or occupants. <br />Since I cannot get hold of the owner I cannot move on forward investigating the <br />compliant therefore this alleged complaint is unable to verify. <br />01/04/2023 Copy of inspection report to be mailed out to the owner. Put inspection report in AHMED <br />Laura in box to be mailed out. <br />01/04/2023 MAILED COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT TO: SAUERS <br />AKBAR, NOORUL <br />13444 N EXTENSION RD <br />LODI CA 95242 <br />01/18/2023 Received phone call from owner Mr. Akbar 209-747-7238 after receiving my copy AHMED <br />of inspection report. We talked about the complaint. Mr. Akbar agreed to show me <br />his septic tank. <br />Arrived at the site and met Mr. Akbar. He showed me the septic tank located in the <br />back yard. <br />No issues noted with septic tank.
