EXTERNAL: <br />Hello Dina, <br />Our department received complaint regarding 14900 Hwy 12, Lodi. This site has onsite wastewater treatment system <br />which I believe they are permitted through water board to discharge treated effluent to land. According to the <br />complainant the site is discharging partially treated sewage to the land. I was under the impression this site sewage <br />system is goes under tertiary treatment so it can be applied to the land.
